hi - I just went to my mailbox to find it empty as usual except for a bill reminding me to do my car payment:( I suffer from severe depression (but I do work and participate in events) Ive tried this before, and I will try my best to write back - actually since I am on light duty from work I have all the time in the world:) I'm training 2 horses for the show season this spring, a 16. 1 hand percheron cross and a 15. 2 hand Arabian - what a difference in size!! but I love my boys:) So if you ride - that would be great! Ive been busy crocheting a baby blanket for my cousins wife, and now cross stitching a blanket for my cousin whos expecting in February. I am not an outdoors-enthusiast so I have nothing to offer in terms of hunting/camping/roughingthewilderness-experience but when it comes to stuff done indoors I am your girl! I would like penpals who share the same hobby as I enjoy. I enjoy collecting dolls; miniatures, dollhouses, sewing and creative Artistic Snail Mail. I would like to swap miniatures that I can enjoy in my dollhouse creations, anything that will fit in an envelope. I also would be interested in doing a "Swap Box" with someone in the United States, who shares my hobby. Things that I would like to receive in a Swap Box: 1.) Handmade miniatures or store bought miniatures to use in my dollhouse. For example: little books, antique miniature photos (copied and resized to miniature scale), miniature paintings, anything that would look nice in a Victorian themed historical dollhouse. I am going to look through my boxes of miniatures and start sorting out things to put in a swap box. 2.) Sewing supplies to make curtains, sheets, quilts, etc. for a dollhouse. Fabrics with tiny prints; that fit in a historical themed dollhouse... Victorian or farmhouse or cabin. Material, thread, ribbon, lace, beads, buttons, snaps, Velcro... etc. 3.) Miniature food; if you are gifted in making miniature food out of polymer clay; I would treasure your creation in my collection. Store bought miniature food, printables (labels for food) etc.. 4.) Miniature dolls... I collect mini AG Dolls (miniature American Girl Dolls), handmade dolls made out of polymer clay and the little miniature dollhouse dolls. 5.) Miniature clothes for my mini AG Dolls; clothes to fit these dolls are hard to find. I tried a pattern last week and sewed five dresses in two days. It took me two whole days; starting in the morning and ending at midnight. I have photos of what I sewed for my dolls on my blog site. You can message me for the link if interested. The five dresses are so tiny that it took a long time to sew and turn right side out. I took an 18inch doll pattern and resized it to fit a 6 inch tall doll. I sewed buttons and snaps on the back.
