Introduction:
I went to school to learn all about the medical profession, only to be sorely
disappointed with its current practices. However, I have found other ways to
occupy my time (such as making new friends here!). In a nutshell, I write far
too much gloomy/Poe-esque poetry for any normal person, so kudos to you if
you don't mind that sort of thing. I'd love to make friends from all over. I used
to write letters all the time, but sadly that hobby took a backseat when I

have social anxiety, so making friends in my area is really hard

Hello, my name's Megan and I'm 33 years old. I've had penpals in the past, but had to stop writing for a time due to personal reasons. Now that my life has calmed down, I would like to get back into it and make some new friends through e-mail and maybe later, snail mail.
I have many hobbies and interests but due to social anxiety, most of them are homebound.
