Hello All
Thank you for taking the time to read this little about me. My
name is Laura Brown, But friends call Mia. I am 36 years old, I
have strait medium brown hair that becomes blond in the summer
time. I have hazel eyes, and a round face.
I have been told that I am sweet, kind, quiet, shy, gentle,
understanding, faithful, as well as standoffish, and stuck-up. I

so I am not so alone, since I spend most of my time at home. Yes

I am a Planed-clothed head covering CHRISTIAN woman. I take my
Beliefs very very seriously so please do not try to convert me. I
will not try to convert you. There is a few more things that I
should tell you about myself. I have chosen to live a simple life
and leave the modern world behind for the most part. NO
CELLPHONE, NO COMPUTER, NO TABLET, no power and no running water.
I do not wish these to change either.
I have many interest that are close to nature and God. Gardening,
walks in the rain forest, early mornings and late evening birds
on the trees, exploring the long trail systems through the woods,
sitting on the beach and watching the ocean. I am learning to sew
with a treadle sewing machine, I can do some simple knitting
tuques, mitts, scarfs. I love to write and keep a journal that I
write in every day. I read some but mostly in the Bible. I do
read do-it-yourself -books to help do things as I am a very
independent woman I seek goodhearted, kind people to write postal
letters with. I do sometimes get on the net at my friends place
or I walk to the shop with internet and computer that I have to

Hi!:) I am a shy, quiet, and friendly girl. Once I get to know someone the shyness usually disappears. My father passed away in 3/'07 and my mother passed away in 5/'16, both from different types of cancers. I am a college graduate with a BS in psychology. I left a 20 year relationship where the last 4 or 5 years of it were nothing but arguing, him controlling me, and complete emotional abuse. I was at an all time low in my depression that it could of ended disastrously. I met an amazing man who "saved" me from that horrific life. He's my everything. I have a 19 year old son from the previous relationship. Unfortunately, he rarely speaks to me since leaving his father. It's hard on me. I gained 6 step-children (4 girls and 2 boys) and 7 step-grandchildren. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, too. I was born and raised in upstate NY but after getting married we moved to PA. We have 1 cat and 11 fish. I suffer from depression, anxiety, mild OCD, and migraines; although all of these have subsided considerably since leaving my previous situation. I'm finally truly happy.
