Hi my name is Donna, I'm 38 years old and looking for... what am I looking for? After a life of doing everything by the book; career, marriage, kids, I realise that somewhere along the way I've lost who I am. I have put so much of myself into being the best mum I can be that I'm just not sure how to be Donna anymore, and with my eldest son beginning university in September I have been taking a good look at my life and reevaluating. Don't get me wrong, I love my children, my husband, my job and I enjoy my life but I just had so many dreams I've never realised, goals I haven't reached, aspirations which I put on hold. I have so many ideas to share, things to say, people to connect with. I need to find my voice again and use it to talk about everything and nothing, the sublime and the ridiculous, get lost in conversation, be challenged and challenge. When I write I write a LOT so expect long letters or emails and would love to receive the same (if that's what you're into too). Hi! I am looking for pen pals from anywhere, but I am especially interested in postcard pen pals across the US. I enjoy real letters but I love postcards because you get a small letter and a picture about the area. That's not to say I wouldn't like postcards that a funny or amusing. I love all sorts of postcards. My ultimate goal would be to have a pen pal from each of the 50 US states, although I realize I might be setting my goal a little high for that.
