Introduction:
Hello There!!! My name is Shawn, I’m 34 years old and from the United States it has been a very long time since I’ve had a pen pal or at least one dedicated to pen paling so I’m not exactly sure what to write here. I do however enjoy receiving hand written cards and letters and maybe the occasional gift. This was pretty general, so I'll try to be more specific: I don't watch much TV, so I have time for being interested in all sorts of other areas. Languages: I really love studying languages. It is such a wonderful way of getting into contact with people. Getting to know their cultures, learning about their experiences, viewpoints and ways of managing their live in this world. More succinctly: It's a fanastic way to broaden ones own limited horizon, reminding one each day, that one's own way of live is just one of many (!). Music: I'm totally into music and music theory. I play the piano (not too well, haha, but I just love it). My mind is very analythical overall, so I really enjoy taking apart music, learning what makes music tick (chord progressions, melodies, ... oh well ...). Math and sciences: I love math, also pure math and logic. :-) I love studying physics (classical and modern physics). And everything related to computer science: languages, programming, logic.
